  • 19 M.M Automatic Pitch Control Tapping Machine’s Clutch Cone – Extraordinary export quality linear clutch system made with special treatment and precision sizing.
  • Automatic Pitch Drive – In this machine, no pitch setting is required for different pitches and different capacity tapping. For example, if the machine works at 10mm (BSP) tapping and you want to tap 19mm (BSW), you can tap directly without any pitch setting.
  • Gear Motor Drive – Specially designed for spindle working up and down Automatically.
      • Depth Control – Automatic depth control set by micro switch and fool operating switch
      Panel Board – Designed small and accurate for pitch controlling and overload protection
  • Head – Made from close grained cast iron accurately bored, reamed and honed in perfect parallelism between the column and spindle. Easy clamping device fitted for locking it on the column.
  • Spindle – Made from ENS to withstand distortion. It is balanced and mounted on roller bearings for smooth operation.
  • Table – Proportionately designed for rigidity and sufficient surface area is provided to hold down jobs. It can be vertically powered or raised by worm and rack (19mm). The slotting is provided to hold heavy jobs.
  • Base – This is of sturdy design and provides sufficient area for heavy jobs. Slots are provided for convenient holding.
