The punching station uses nodular Cast Iron Heavy Six Station turret with integral rotary table(One-piece machined parts, more accuracy and extend service life,No need to change the mould frequently, greatly improve production efficiency)
Cutting unit uses double column and double knife type shear structure. Upper and lower knife installed vertically and horizontally, keeping the knife movement smooth which allows minimum waste of material during cutting.
Bending unit uses closed bending. The output point and input point is connected by 50mm thickness beam, which is much heavier and rigid than open type bending.
More options on Bending position – On U-type bending, the minimum distance of U-type is 40mm.
The hydraulic oil tank is made heavy duty steel plate. Phosphating is done on the tank which improves the shell life of hydraulic oil.
The Electrical control panel is built to international standard, strong and durable and easy to maintain
